Empowering Transformation Through Work

At Team Werks Co-Op Ltd., we are more than a business; we are a beacon of hope, support, and transformation. Owned and operated by individuals in recovery, our mission extends beyond profit margins. We are dedicated to offering a nurturing environment that provides training, employment, and peer support. Located at 125 Syndicate Ave. S, we serve as a stepping stone for individuals looking to reintegrate into the workforce and society. Every interaction here is infused with compassion and understanding, making us a place where personal growth and empowerment flourish.

Team Werks Co-Op is one of the largest working co-ops in Ontario, Canada. It is comprised of 4 different training and employment enterprises that support adults with mental health and addiction challenges. In conjunction with the St. Joseph's Care Group Employment Options program, client members are supported in the work unit of their choice to help them meet their individualized recovery goals. Please contact Team Werks Co-Op if you require shop rags, woodworking products, shredding services, or visit our coffee shop at VictoriaVille Mall.
